Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we use USPS for smaller ground orders. Most orders should reach you within 7 business days. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $50 in the continental U.S.

You can return your unopened products within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges can be made for damaged goods. Please contact us with your order number and reason for your return/exchange.

We offer USPS and DHL Express International. You'll choose an option when you checkout. As the consumer, you are responsible for paying the import taxes and fees.

We recommend ages 8+, but we trust your judgment. The sets contain small parts and some of the activities require dexterity and patience.

Yes, we do accept purchase orders. You can send your PO to education@teknikio.com.

Please send your tax certificate to sales@teknikio.com and we will remove the tax from your order.

Our components are durable and are made to be reused. We understand that the learning process includes trial and error. In the case that components are lost or you don't want to disassemble a project, you can order more components.
